ROsato

Rosato has an onion skin color. The nose is fragrant and fuity. It is characterized by the aroma of red fruits, strawberreis and blackberries. The flavors are lively and fresh with a fine balance between softeness and acidity. Particularly suitable as an aperitif with litght appetizers or fish dishes.

PLANTING DENSITY: 4000-4500 vines per hectare

HARVEST: late September   

VINIFICATION: the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed to separate the skin from the must. Subsequently, alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 12 – 15 ° C to preserve fruity aroma. After fermentation it remains in stainless steel vat for about 5 – 6 months before being bottled

AGEING: 2 months in bottle
